COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspiration for our newest Hop Patrol IPA comes from the House of Faun in Pompeii, Italy. At this site, some of the world’s most famous mosaics were preserved under layers of ash after the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Just as Mount Vesuvius preserved the complex mosaics of Pompeii, this single-hop IPA preserves the luxurious taste of the Mosaic hop.

Bottle from tavour. Like a fruit basket as a beer. Nice deep sweet malt with a balance of never ending happiness. Nice.

Poured from a bomber bottle. Amber orange put, slightly hazy with decent carbonation. Aroma of hops, fruit, earth. Taste is the same. Reminiscent of a NE style IPA. Well done beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I saw the price in Omaha, Nebraska and laughed. Then, I checked the rating and figured I had to try it, given that I've never seen it before: Nice super crisp amber/copper/bronze and pungently glowing orange coloured body, all with a nice, three centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of exquisite tropical fruits like passionfruit, guava, mangoes and a good deal of pineapple, all with a nice malt kick and a touch of the alcohol. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very tropically fruity flavours dominate with a huge kick of pineapple, guava, mango and passionfruits, all with a big but not horribly assertive hop bitterness all with a nice smooth fruit sweetness. Aftertaste shows of a lot of depth with some light alcohol and pungency, but the real profile here is the sugars from fruit and especially all the tropical fruits, which dominate this one! Overall, a very nice IPA that shows a ton of style from the tropical-fruity hops and a complex finish throughout with a smooth and relatively easy-drinking beer, which is nice for the style! Well worth trying to find if you are anywhere close to it, and even spending more money than expected, if you see it! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Hy-Vee in Omaha, Nebraska a few minutes ago on 04-October-2017 for US$9,99 sampled a few minutes later on 04-October-2017.

Slightly hazy deep gold body with a bright white head. The nose is amazingly rich with grapefruit and mangos. There is also some wood and yeast bread. The taste is sharp with some grapefruit and mangos character. I get an almost peach snd slight black pepper spice like character in the finish. The body is fairly light. A solid and interesting IPA. It’s not mother puckering bitter but there is enough going on to keep it interesting. Very well done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Growler from Historic Casanova Liquors in Hudson, WI. Clear golden color with a nice small white head. Aroma is great, hoppy AF, grapefruit, pine. Flavor is really strong. Touch of sweet caramel, significant hop blast of citrus and pine, medium bitterness. Medium plus body, average carbonation, crisp. Great IPA!

Draft at 515 brewing. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves some lacing on the glass. Lots of grapefruit and toasted malt on the nose and tongue. Beautifully balanced, utterly quaffable. Definitely a pantheon beer for style.
