COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This single hop pale ale showcases the Citra hop for a well balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish. She roars with ferocious aromas of grapefruit, citrus, mango and evergreen. pseudoSue’s unique and addictive taste is clean and bright with just enough bite!

Admin Note: Previously brewed as a 5.8% ABV offering, current and future batches are listed at 7% ABV per a tweak and translating the beer to a larger 30 bbl system. Tweaks may continue to change this ABV slightly as they settle on an official end product.

Hello Citra! Amazing overwhelming aroma of grapefruit , great citrus flavor. This may be one of my favorite beers. I prefer this over ZombieDust ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3 finger off white head. Semi-hazy, amber coloured beer. Aroma is pungent & sweet. Overripe mango, grapefruit, pine, slight lemon, big black pepper note, peach and apricot, with a hint of dry, white grape. Taste is grapefruit, lemon, orange marmalade, overripe mango, pine and a big black pepper note here aswell but much ’darker’, think soil and earth. Mouthfeel is semi-watery. Medium carbonation. Lingering, medium-high grapefruit bitterness. Overall: Good APA that focuses a bit much on the earthy and peppery flavours and it’s a pretty sprawling beer, when it comes to the balance between taste notes. Some sips it tastes pretty good, next sip it has a unpleasant earthy bitterness along with a weak taste. Doesn’t feel like a good showcase for the very tasty Citra hop. Still manages to be a pretty good, drinkable APA but definitely nothing I would rush to pick up again.

@Stordirren. 17-7-16: lite gräsig doft. Liten fruktighet med gräsig beska. Känns som den har tappat en del. Hint av papp. Tyvärr för gammal.

Four pack of tallboys from HyVee in Iowa City. Pours out a hazy medium orange color with a frothy off white head. Light citrus-fruit aromas. Light body with citrus and tropical fruit and a bit of spicy pine. Well balanced with a hint of malt sweetness. Long dry bitter finish. Tasty.

Resin, pine, pineapple, mango, biscuits. Light Amber colour, medium cream head, lacing. Big resinous grapefruity bite, mid-sweet, hay, orange marmalade. Medium body, slick feel, average carbonation, loooong biter finish. Obviously A bit tired from old age, still a really enjoyable brew.
