COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This single hop pale ale showcases the Citra hop for a well balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish. She roars with ferocious aromas of grapefruit, citrus, mango and evergreen. pseudoSue’s unique and addictive taste is clean and bright with just enough bite!

Admin Note: Previously brewed as a 5.8% ABV offering, current and future batches are listed at 7% ABV per a tweak and translating the beer to a larger 30 bbl system. Tweaks may continue to change this ABV slightly as they settle on an official end product.

Can from a trade with RawKuz. Canned 02.11.17. Pours weak hazy golden with a big stable creamy white head. Aroma of fresh citrus, tropical fruits, with mango. Good body, weak creamy mouthfeel, with a lovely carbonation. Taste is well balanced, crisp fresh citrus, modest malty sweetness, a very good brew.

473ml can. Golden with a slight haze, frothy medium head with good retention. Aroma is citrusy, orange, mandarin, grapefruit. Taste is citrusy too, grapefruit, orange, mango, slight resin, bitter fruity finish. Medium body, very soft carbonation. Great pale ale, shame we get when it's over 4 months old already (canned 25/07/17) as I feel like the hops have probably faded a bit.

02-12-2017 // can from Beyond Beer. Hazy orange, small withe head. Fruity hop nose. Aroma of mango, citrus, some apricot and grapefruit. Smooth, light hop bitter finish. Great! World calls Pale Ale. The mouthfeel is just awesome.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2017 4 months after canning is pretty much as fresh as you can get it here, but it still held pretty well. Dark golden fading into orange, quite hazy, expecially on second pour. Big frothy white head has pretty good retention and leaves lots of lacing. Vivid and quite bright aroma has a crackery malts base, strong citrus and mango, plus resinous and slightly spicy notes. Taste follows the aroma closely. A crackery malts base, strong citric and mango notes, fresh grass and a hint of resinous bitterness in the finish. Overall not too complex or interesting but nicely fresh with a clean profile. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation, lively but still easily drinkable. Overall a vivid and refreshing easy drinker. Good stuff.
