16 oz. can from Prufrockstar - thanks again, Chris! Pours an opaque coffee brown color with a small beige head that settles into a ring, leaving spots and ropes of lace in the glass. Notes of chocolate, mild roast, tobacco, subtle dark fruit, toasted sugar, and faint molasses. Medium-bodied, with modest carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel. Nice, simple, well-executed slightly sweet stout.

UPDATED: NOV 24, 2016 From Cervezasespeciales. In Teku glass. Reading JHTP11 Ch12. Coffee, with some milk chocolate notes later in the sip and a nice bitterness (not too american) in the end that invites you to take another sip. Low on foam. A bit more body would be appreciated

16 oz. can, pours black with a medium brown head. Aroma brings out lots of sweet oats, dry cocoa and toasted malt. Flavour is quite dry, with lots of oats, toasted malt and bitter dry cocoa. Fairly dry, with a hint of residual sweetness. Underwhelming but competently brewed. Solid.

500can as the picture purchase at Pi-Bar - Lausanne. Pours a black color forming a medium beige head with small persistence that leaves practically no lacings in the glass. Sweet and roasted upfront taste. Strong notes of roasted malts. Notes of coffee beans and dark chocolate. Becomes quickly bitter. Good bittersweet balance. Medium body. Medium to low carbonation. Roasted malts and dark chocolate in the aftertaste. Good drinkability. Good Stout.

CAN 16 OZ. Really dark brown, dark espresso head which disappears in a minute. Harsh roasty nose, with very little sweetness and distinctive oiliness. Similar taste, roasty and oily with a little puke in the finish. Prickly carbonation, no smoothness. Below mediocre.
