COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our first seasonal! This golden colored ale is made with premium maple syrup from the Rush Family Farm in Allamakee County. The maple comes through ever so slightly in the end, giving this ale a finish you wont soon forget. But dont put the cart before the horse, you get big ale flavor up front, hops and a great nose. The smooth maple finish is just the reward you get for drinking this premium seasonal ale.

On tap - listed as "double maple." Aroma: light malts, a bit of toast, distinct pleasant smokiness and light maple character, slightly earthy, hint of caramel, some spicy hops. Appearance: light straw golden color, white head with good retention and lacing, pretty good clarity. Flavor: really nice smoky notes, earthy maple, light bready malts and toast, spicy, mild sweetness, some earthy/spicy hops, medium bitterness. Palate: light/medium body, medium carbonation. Overall: very interesting and tasty beer - the maple syrup lends a nice smokiness/spiciness. Well done.
