From a bottle at the DC RB gathering October 15, 2017. Pours a clear gold with a thick off white head. Aromas of caramel and tropical fruits. Flavors are moderately bitter. Very tasty stuff. commonmac (1313) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - SEP 5, 2017
Bomber style bottle shared by dubtully and consumed in Belgian snifter glass. Aroma is big and assertive citrus and pine resin. Plenty of white head on a golden orange hued ale. Taste leans a little bit more bitter and slightly soapy with plenty of resiny/pine elements. Citrus rind complements a citrus sweetness...grapefruit and tangerine, and a healthy dose of pineapple. Surprisingly more complex than anticipated from a single hopped effort and does it without any sort of malt backbone. This really frames the Mosaic hop in a great light. Once again Toppling Goliath exceeds expectations. Slick75 (18) - - SEP 1, 2017
Very good. Similar to pseudo sue. Not as good as king sue. This is a little more pungent. The citrus flavor is much less than pseudo sue.

Hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma has dank, grassy hops with sweet orange rind and pink grapefruit. Taste follows hoppy and dank with sweet malt in the background, really well balanced. Grassy with a medium grapefruit bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation, feels smooth on the palate. A really well made DIPA, balanced, with the 8% ABV integrated very well.

Bottle at home. Hazy orange pour with fluffy white head. Aroma is spicy floral hops, pine, grapefruit. Taste is spicy hops, light pine, grapefruit, citrus. Faint cracker and light honey. Medium body, high carbonation. Solid beer. hammbro4lyfe (13) - Minnesota, USA - AUG 7, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 7, 2017 Smells like pineapple. Tastes like pineapple. This is almost as good as the King Sue, and slightly better than the Fire Skulls and Money in my opinion. Regardless, a great exposition of Mosaic hops, and a beer to help convert people who abhor hoppy beer. salvaticas (933) - - AUG 6, 2017

Wow. Sweet pineapple in the nose. Golden opaque pour. Taste matches the smell and the finish is clean and, dare i say, refreshing? Excellent!
