COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Through work, we we change. We stress, we fret, we make the mistakes that let us perfect. Ultimately, we evolve. It begins as it always does; A primordial soup of hops, grains, and water, but what transpires hopefully becomes the next link in a chain. A means to help us define where we are, where we’ve been, and where we’re going.

750 ml bottle, spilt 2 ways. Fright cloudy gold slow diminishing white foam. Aroma is pineapple, mild pine, earth. The base of the flavor is indeed wheat. Pineapples, orange light cans, light Pine finish. Juicy texture. Bitterness is moderate.

Tasted from bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with thick white head. Huge lemony aroma with some orange and perfume like notes. Taste is minimally bitter with moderate sweetness. Flavors of lemon, coriander, wheat, biscuits, pineapple. Very well done and interesting wheat IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy and muddy pour. Good white head. Smell hops and raisins. Distinct wheat beer taste but more hoppy and less sweet. Nice finish. Good IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Another phenomenal IPA from toppling Goliath. Loads of mango on the nose. Flavor is piney. Mango and dank. Super crushable and refreshing. Had from a bottle share at lasers. Wow. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very good. Bright yellow pour at home. 22oz bottle. Lemon and fruity. Deliciously fantastic.

Cloudy yellow-gold pour with a tall, chunky off white head. Aroma is lemon, orange, floral and soapy/perfumey hops, a little sweet hay and pale malt. Flavor is lemon, orange, straw, a hint of biscuit and toast, some light grassy notes, and some moderate mineral notes. Light to medium body, slightly creamy, slightly chalky entry, quickly becoming more dry and crisp, but retaining that light chalkiness, light, blanketing slightly sharp carbonation. Interesting, refreshing, but substantial in feel, in its own way. At a better price point, I would probably put it in my rotation.

5 oz. pour, on tap at the brewery’s taproom in Decorah, Iowa. Consumed on 4-22-17. Pours cloudy yellow to blonde with a small amount of beige head. Very pleasant cloudiness without looking murky and nice color. I do wish there were more head. Grassy, citric, hoppy smell. Orange scent. Apricot. The smell is pleasant but too weak. Dry, hoppy, funky taste. Especially funky finish (gym bag, armpit). Quite satisfying taste. Easy to drink. Light body. Lively in the palate. Refreshing. Impressive and tasty beer.

Bottled sample courtesy of coworker in Iowa. Lots of grapefruit here. Bit of spice. Deeelicious

22 oz. bottle from Prufrockstar - thanks again, Chris! Pours a clear, bright gold with a small white head that settles into a ring and film, lacing the glass on the way down. A wheaty, doughy, sweet malt backbone supports lemon, tea, bubblegum, melon, honey, mango, and subtle florals. Light-medium bodied, with a smooth, sweet mouthfeel. The wheat gives this heft and smoothness, and the hops are pretty subtle overall here. Minimal bitterness. Good, but not up to the normal standard of their hoppy stuff.

4.3
tompete (348) - Tillsonburg, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 7, 2017
Pours dark yellow gold with an off white head. Aroma is tropical hops to the max. Flavour is almost sweet with the hops, but juicy and balanced. Finish is a little heavier, but definitely drinkable.
