16 oz can Aroma - Nice, fruity with hint of clove and cardamon. Appearance - orange-ish amber. Good carbonation to keep head active. Maintains nice head and lacing throughout. Taste - Well balanced, reminds me a bit of sierra nevada pale ale (albeit a bit fruiter). This is my 2nd can from a 4-pack and like it a better this time around pre-dinner without food. Hops are in the mix but dont overwhelm..some Topplings efforts can go a bit heavy on the hops if that is your thing, this is around 40 IBU I believe. Overall - I enjoyed this beer quite a bit. Very nice effort from the Toppling Goliath team.

Pours opaque straw. Thicker white head. Aroma is tropical citrus. Taste is really well ballanced, but could have used a little.more IBUs in the finish

32 oz. crowler sent by Homer321 - thanks again, Sean! Pours a barely cloudy gold with about a centimeter of white head that settles into a lasting soft bubbly film and ring. Has a clean, somewhat dank aroma with fresh hop pellets zapping straight up the nostrils. The flavor is more even, and just as satisfying, with notes of pine, citrus fruits and peels, bright florals, pale and semi-sweet malts - its clean, with moderate bitterness. Light-bodied, with moderate to medium carbonation. Soft and clean, bitter and fruity. Another well executed offering in the pale ale family from TG.

Draft at BrewHub. Nose is bright citrus. Orange. Clear orange bronze color. Light bitterness. Modest orange and pith hop flavor. Nice.

Shared 16 oz. can poured to a snifter, showing a hazed, orangey gold color, with a modest layer of white head foam, and spots of lacing. The nose was ripe pit fruit & citrus, soft grain, with some vegetal scent. The taste was similar, light to medium bodied, with decent carbonation, moderate earthy & rind-like bitterness that lingered with slight dryness into the finish. Not worth "a beach evacuation to higher ground", didnt appreciate the veg, but sessionable enough.

Can. Light orange body, mostly clear, with an inch or more of thick, creamy foam atop. Aromas of bread, ripe citrus, pine, grain. Light to medium in body. Hop forward, though balanced by a sturdy malt bill. Pretty good.

Appearance is a clear medium Amber with a slowly settling head and some lace. Aroma is a little bit of coffee malt and fresh hops. Flavor is like nose, more bitter than sweet, hops lean towards resiny, good body in very drinkable

4-pack of 16 oz cans from Hy Vee Wine & Spirits - Muscatine. Aroma and flavor of zesty hops, citrus fruits and lightly toasted grains. Mild to moderate bitterness with a smooth, balanced feel. Solid APA, easy to drink overall.

Cloudy appearance, dank aroma that comes through in the taste. Toppling Goliath makes several superb beers, and Tsunami is no exception. As good as Golden Nugget.
