650 mL bottle. Originally reviewed 5/5/2014.
Hazy bright orange. Nice white head. Faint wisps on the surface.
Smell is orange hops, A bit of an herbal character. Light doughy malts and a hint of grain.
Tastes a little less exciting, but still nice. Slightly nondescript orange citrus hops. The herbal notes are lost. Doughy malts make a brief appearance, but the finish is grainier.
Light and drinkable. Medium carbonation and low bitterness.
Well made pale ale. Better made than most, but isn’t earth-shattering. hopscotch (11078) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 13, 2015
Bottle... Pours cloudy and yellow with a small, wispy, white head. Decent retention. I don’t know the experimental hop bill they employed here, but this smells fruity, juicy, bright and just plain awesome - reminiscent of juicy fruit gum. Medium to full-bodied with airy carbonation. The flavor is a swirl of juicy tropical fruits and rindy bitterness. Stoopid good! Bottle courtesy of ctipping! Beardaxe (293) - - DEC 17, 2014
Poured from bottle into snifter. Light golden color and big head. Pleasant sweet hops aroma with a savory buttery background. Taste is excellent as well. Perfect carbonation and mouthfeel and a great balance between malt and hop. Not too bitter but not too juicy either. BOLTZ7555 (3027) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - JUN 26, 2014
Bottle acquired via trade with ReeceG! So excited to try brews from these guys! 14 karat pour with a small eggshell head that left a decent amount of lacing. Dusty, dirty, earthy hops with grapefruit, orange, and tropical fruit. Decent but not world-class... Dfonorow (2216) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 25, 2014
Bottle share at DLD 2014. Pour is golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma and flavor of pine needles, earth, light fruit, biscuit, danky, and some vegetable. Meh.

Bottle - pours a hazy yellow w/ white frothy head. Aroma has some nice citrus notes lemons, limes, grapefruit, and oranges. Tastes of grapefruit, orange, and lemon zest. Pretty good. Dr_MedievAle (214) - Alabama, USA - MAY 5, 2014
Grapefruit and sea salt on the nose. Bit of yeasty dough. Cloudy yellow in appearance. Tastes of grapefruit, banana, lemon, pine. A pretty great mouth feel--creamy but doesn’t leave residue.
Unique IPA offering. Think it deserves a higher rating than most have been giving it--just by virtue of trying to do something new with the tired IPA category. bigda83 (854) - Jamestown, New York, USA - APR 21, 2014
Via trade with Reece. Pours murky and dark orange, nice fluffy white head. Nose was fruity with peach, mango, and citrus. I don’t think it was as in your face as some of the other offering from them that I’ve had. Taste was lightly fruity and a tad sweet at first, but had a nice bitter to follow. I also got some hints of grass and pine in there as well. Split this with a friend as we sat outside and we both said it was quite tasty. I’d drink another if I had one. A: Very hazy pale straw, thick pillowy head that lingers.
S: Predominantly canned pineapple with some kiwi, and orange. Some bready herbal notes with a slight skunk as well. Not a bad aroma
T: Really doughy with a slight citrus tang. Can’t really but my finger on anything else, maybe some orange?
M: Medium body that is slighty dry with some light sweetness. Chalky.

Bottle with many thnx to Geoffrey .
Pours yellow, unclear, with a good white foam .
Smell has Peach , Oranges , bitterness , some hidden characters that remind me at nelson sauvin, though it is way hidden here . Rather intense , bit bitter .
Taste is very fresh , mango-ish bitterness, bit dry . Oranges are very hidden now, in contradiction to the smell . Very drinkable, and exactly my amount of fruityness . the other IPAs I had by TG were over the hill, this one’s perfect .
Perfect is also the perfect word to describe the perfect carbonation .
