Pitch black color with a short lasting head. There is a strong toasty aroma, with traces of candy, brown sugar, and chocolate. Flavor is also toasty and malty, some cofee, slightly sweet, and not so alcoholic. The bitter feeling is very pleasant, as well as the texture, which is smooth, creamy, of soft - average carbonation, and medium bodied. A very complete beer, it filled my expectations. Pours a very bold black color with a beautiful, big light brown head that diminishes slowly and leaves a cute film.
Aroma is malty with toasted notes of grains, nougat, brown sugar, chocolate and molasses. Stouty with an alcoholic bite that adds a lot to its strength.
Flavor is mildly sweet with burnt, coffee-ish notes. Torrified grains, nuts, wood, truffles, licorice, raisins and indian coffee. Powerful and enjoyable. ¡Wow!
Dry but smooth, creamy, lovely mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Slightly present alcohol. One of the most full bodied chilean stouts I’ve tried. Reminds me of Cooper’s Stout. Surprisingly good. Mine was aged a little more than almosi’s and David’s bottles.

Has a dark, almost black color. The aroma is good, a chocolate and coffee, also with something of mocka. The flavor is good enough, there are distinguished the candy, the malt and some dried fruits. In the palate is soft, there is very much caramel and something of coffee, ultimately one I stop of bitter chocolate, reminds a "foundi" of chocolate. Appearance: black color. Medium head, beige color, consistent but not lasting.
Aroma: typical toasty, candy, chocolate and coffee’s smells. Too somme vanilla and fresh yeast touches. Cookies aromatic notes.
Flavor: sweet start from caramel malts. Toasty progress, that is dominant. Taste similar to vanilla, banana, coffee and yeast. Slight floral and aniseed hoppyness. Dark raisins and fig’s reminiscences. Final dryness from roasted malts. High analogies to bitter chocolate. Toasty and candy aftertaste.
Palate: medium body with velvet texture. Medium to high carbonated.
Remarkable bitter chocolate’s touch. Nice toast and dryness, but without grandeurs. Balanced beer.
