Cask (5.5%), 1/3 pint by hand-pump at Carlisle Real Ale Festival, The Venue, Portland Place, Carlisle on 3 Nov 2017: pine, grassy, tropical fruits aroma, hazy golden with a thin short-lived bubbly white head and no lacing, tropical fruits, hoppy, grassy flavour, oily, sweet, soft carbonation, modern hop aftertaste.

Not bad, but lacking the hoppy punch I expect from an APA. Too little actual flavour for a 5.5% abv.

Tap. Pours hazy golden orange with thin lace. Aroma muted grapefruit and grain. Taste is citrus hops with pithy bitterness dominating mango notes. Refreshing and good even if lacking in subtlety

downender (8928) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 19, 2016
Cask-conditioned at the Lime Kiln Bristol 12/12/2016. Golden in colour with a slight, white, head. Aroma of orange fruits, with some floral hops. Flavour had more sweetish tangerine fruits and grainy malts, before a dryish finish. Good.

Keg at The Newshouse, Nottingham, Saturday 9th April 2016 with dad. Pours very hazy really murky gold with a white head. Bit cold so aroma is quite muted, flavour is really fruity and tangy, nice tongue tingle, soft in mouth, really good ripper any yet doesn’t feel to bitter, nice though. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.4

Keg at Newshouse, half-pint shared with Finn. Grey-golden body. Dotted spots on the glass. Fresh smell of peaches, mid-dry. Refreshing flavours as well of peach and mango. Yeasty fruitiness to the ending. Smooth on the swallow. Nice (pub-crawl in Nottingham 20.02.2016).

Fra fat på Newshouse i Nottingham 20 Feb 16. Delt med Rune. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Skum langs glasset. God ferskenaroma. Smaken balansert. Plommer & fersken. Holder seg godt. Bra - men mangler variasjon.

UPDATED: NOV 8, 2015 Keg at The Newshouse, Nottingham (Castle Rock) A cloudy golden orange colour with a thin white head. Aroma is citrusy of mango, passion fruit, some grapefruit, a hint of pineapple and grassy hops. Taste is also citrusy of mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, some peach, maybe orange, grassy hops and late biscuity malts. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A dry, citrus hop bitterness in the finish. A beer of hop lovers, all tropical fruit aroma and taste. Lacks a little malt balance but still very nice.
