: clear yellow with a frothy, chemical looking head, taste is sweet malts, cornflakes, grain, no off-tasting hops here, no hops at all really, bit soda-like, actually not bad for a plae lager compared with some of the macro’s
.66l bottle from the train station on the way to the airport. Oops, didn’t realize this was a N/A until I had opened it. That said, it kind of impressed. Pretty beer like. Roundly honey malt but some bittering. ok. JanLaursen (3226) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 20, 2011
Straw colored beer with a very small white head. Hayish grassy aroma - quite sweet. Taste is light dry, quite bitter with loads of green notes: Grass, hay, corn, basil.... slim, watery texture, medium mouthfeel, vibrant carbonation, very well balanced, considering the ABV. Bitter, dry slightly metallic aftertaste. Quite refreshing.
Test vom 12.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche johnnyboy81 (1) - ITALY - AUG 25, 2011 does not count

The low alcohol content is achieved through a complete fermentation of only the simple sugars using a specific yeast.
Fermentation process is carried out at warm temperature and this gives the product the taste and the aroma of a traditional lager beer, it is weird but it has lost all the infamous taste caracteristic of the old recipe (rotten eggs smells, tomato’s sauce taste) to gain a very hoppy, bitter and alcoholic taste.
It is a pure malt beer, to exploit as much as possible the natural content of simple sugars of that ingredient.
Relevant amount of bitter and aroma hops gives to the product a fine and pronounced hoppy taste which is not persistent in the mouth.
Not enough foam on the glass , but could be easily drunk from the bottle.
Suggestion: fresh is better, 4°C should be the optimal temperature.
To be brief:
Aroma: toast, cereal
Appearance: golden, clear, white foam
Taste: medium bitterness, very hoppy, very "natural"
Palate: medium body, average carbonation

Bottle 250ml @ igniztionDutchDrebus (6328) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - JUL 15, 2011
Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain and wort. Taste is light to medium sweet. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
Regular pilsener colour. Smells and taste quite malty and wort-like. Okay for a low alcohol beer but.. didn’t really enjoy it. Benzai (16930) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUN 27, 2011
Clear bright pilsener color. Not much smell. Body is ok for a 0.4 ABV beer. Taste is pretty boring though.

This tastes like liquid cornflakes... how stupid is that? Maybe with some milk...
