10oz pour while waiting for Czar Jack growlers. Clear golden pour, very little head, very little lacing. Aroma is all about the hops. Pretty standard aroma, can tell its Centennial for sure! Also a bit a sweet caramel malt. Flavor is much the same. A very solid, easy drinking pale ale, with nice hop highlights without edging into the IPA land. ztrvz (218) - st paul, Minnesota, USA - DEC 16, 2003
this is a tasty and unique pale ale. sweet, flowery aroma. poured an amber-yellow with little head. this beer is hops... hops... hops. it gets the centennial hops point accross. it is very to-the-point. a bit sharp, and dry... thin mouthfeel. this beer is focused, well crafted and simple. very poundable. easy to appreciate. RBSG 07. Clear copper, small head. Fruity, juicy, citrus, resiny aroma, very fresh. Same flavor. All hops here. Bittersweet. Medium to medium/light body, balanced. From notes. Doppelganger (1388) - Dry County, Arkansas, USA - JAN 19, 2006
Pale orange with a fine white head. Lemon rind, with a little orange. Good clean hop flavor, but a little funny rind flavor in the finish. A fine ale, but not a standout in a very crowded catagory. jazz88 (2679) - San Francisco, California, USA - DEC 25, 2003
Tap. A light golden color. A hop infused pale ale with a crisp clean and bitter finish.

Called a pale ale, but basically a mild ipa. Fruit in the aroma, fruit and hops in the flavor. Good but one dimensional. Lately this brewery is all about boring hops.
