Listed at "Belgian" cherry. I asked the server if it was cherry pie cherry or sour cherry. She claimed "sour." It wasn’t. It is cherry pie cherry. It is somewhere between Founders Cerise and New Glarus Red. Light. Fruity. maniac (3800) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAY 26, 2009
On tap at Town Hall on 05/26/2009. Fairly clear amber body with a small frothy off-white head. Light cherry aroma with some caramel notes. Very nice sour cherry flavor on a light malt background. Medium body with moderately low carbonation. JK (6295) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - MAY 24, 2009
I liked this. Lightly hazed orange appearance. No carbonation visible, no head at all. Cherry aroma. Flavor has light malt and clearly lager yeast, but a nice cherry flavor. A little tart, but certainly not a sour beer. Way to make a new beer. Keep it up. Syd (921) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAY 16, 2009
Pint appears hazed orange with a slightly peach colored head. The aroma is mostly cherries and some yeast. The flavor is mostly cherries, sour, refreshing, and some slight grainy malts. The palate is somewhat thin. Overall, not bad, not great.
