On tap at the GABF Pro Am table 2012. Pours with a crystal clear golden hued body with a light white head. Aromas are grassy and bready, with very light DMS, grainy, low citrus and herbal hops. Flavors are clean, crisp and quenching with herbal and citrus notes. Almost like Sterling hops. Lively carbonation, dry and very nice to drink. Very tasty! arminjewell (9584) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JUL 1, 2012
Pour on tap at the brewpub, clear yellow pour with thin white head, aroma has notes of biscuit, spice, bread, some yeast notes with a hint of sweet vanilla, pretty husky/grainy. Taste is sweet bready biscuit, lemon, some husky grains, touch of earth and yeast, finishing fairly bitter with some yeast notes. Not a ton of flavor, but fairly refreshing.
