Date: February 12, 2012 Mode: Draft Source: Town Hall Description: Cloudy yellow pour with some head. Aroma was fruity, citrus, belgian yeast and spice. Taste was consistent with aroma, but the belgian yeast was too much for me to really enjoy this one. BVery (11461) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - FEB 12, 2012
Tap at the brewpub. Light golden pour with a soapy white head. Bright hop profile of tangerine, pear, apple, with some Belgian yeast. Delicious. arminjewell (9728) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JAN 1, 2012
Pour was hazy golden on tap at the brewery, didn’t realize this was a different beer than last year at first! Aroma brought nice notes of sweet pear, apricot, peach, orange and tangerine mixing into a slight pine and grass, hints of biscuit in there as well. Taste is really nice and actually incorporates some spice fairly well, sweet belgian yeast esters bring pear and apricot that mix perfectly with fruity orange and grapefruit, some nice biscuit and spice notes dry this out with a bitter but not overwhelming finish. Dug this, and the 8.6% was invisible. Way too easy to drink. DalzAle (2040) - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA - DEC 27, 2011
Growler pour. Dark yellow pour, decent 3/4 inch lasting head and a nice and slightly hoppy belgian trippel aroma. Flavor is also a nice perfect cross of a good and slightly sweet belgian beer, honey, a little caramel and good solid bite of hops. Great beer, I’m going to need to pick up another growler of this. badgerben (5378) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - DEC 27, 2011
Hazy gold color with a medium head. Strong floral aroma with a slightly vinous character. Floral and orange flavor. More vinous, plant-like notes. Lightly spicy yeast.

Light yellow in color with not much head, the belgian yeast is over powering and on the sweet side. Alcohol is hidden well.
