Growler: copper pour huge light tan head. Aroma is tropical fruit. Pasted malt.
Soft body, black tea, toasted malt. Toffe, hop flavour is much more subdued. Herbal, and light fruity presence.

Tap at Town Hall. Clear orange pour with a clingy white head. Melon on the nose. Moderate palate, good carbonation. Taste is melon, citrus hops - decent. oobawa (1656) - Tennessee, USA - MAY 23, 2012
Solid pale ale, with an interesting grainy hop finish. The Pacific Gem hop seems to be a little bit of a wallflower, offering up slight herbal and citric notes, but with a lengthy dry bent that finishes piney without being overly bitter. Not a showstopper hop, yet it still gives this pale enough oomph to keep things interesting. Nice texture, and it goes great with a patio on a late spring night in Minnesota. Tap. Light orange pour, very little head and some sweet hops on the nose. Flavor is light sweet pear and and honeydew and more sweetness and slightly hoppy on the finish. Decent. XmnwildX12 (2079) - Farmington, Minnesota, USA - MAY 12, 2012
Has nice floral fruity scents, has a weird bitter taste that I'm not a fan of, has a spice taste.
