On draught at the brewpub near downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pours a clear copper amber brew with a thick off-white head that slowly dissipates to a thin and creamy off-white head. Aroma of light caramel and amber malts, citrus and lemon zest, a touch of orange and some white pepper. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of multiple hop characters that hides much of the caramel malt base. Finish is semi-dry, citrusy with a mild bitterness that lingers after the finish. BDR (2534) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - MAY 22, 2008
Copper color with a citrus aroma. Very dry mouthfeel with a hop finish. Finish was slightly parching. Pigfoot (2268) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - APR 23, 2008
American pale ale, named for the start of patio season..hurray! (Hey, it’s Minnesota, we celebrate what little comfort we can find.)
Simcoe, Summit, Columbus hops, plus dry-hopped Centennial.
Clear tangerine coloration, sturdy white head.
Lovely citric aromatics, soft, flowery, gorgeous. sweet stuff.
Taste: more of the same, a citric quality above all else, but none too obtrusive,,,,Light bodied, easy drinking....easy on the tongue...hey, it’s a
Not something I would choose over Masala Mama...well, maybe if I need to give my palate a breather.

Light copper color with a large head. Nice citrus, orange, slight lemon and grass aroma. Taste is very earthy and bitter. Chalky and dry. Slight floral finish. It smells like an American Pale Ale, but tastes more like an English Pale Ale.
