Tap at the Brewery. The brewer just replaced the West Bank Pub Ale with this recipe. Tap at the brewery. Light copper pour with white head that clings to the glass forever and refuses to fully dissipate on top of the beer. Strong fresh Simcoe hop aroma. Looks and smells great! Extremely flavorful with rich malt and big floral hops. Unbalanced toward the hops but that’s ok. Medium palate but overall, the best session beer available for hop heads. jmikolich (1477) - North Ridgeville, Ohio, USA - AUG 21, 2012
on tap at TH 20Aug2012, This is most def. a session IPA, the simcoe is awesome and tastes great, finishes quick and low ABV make this a true winner. bytemesis (8375) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - OCT 31, 2012
Tap. Pours clear amber with a small off-white head and great lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, tangerine, and pine. Flavor is about the same, lightly sweet bready and pretty bitter for an APA. Lightly astringent, with a medium body. novels (424) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 8, 2013
I enjoyed this. Hop appetizer just before trying a DIPA, had some nice floral aroma and fruit tastes with a decent balance of booze and a clean finish. Very sessionable and enjoyable. Braudog (6712) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - SEP 2, 2014
Draft at the brewpub. A great first impression at this place ... despite a very light body, this is a fully flavored, floral beer, and tastes very good! Just a little more backbone, and this would be awesome, not just really good. (#5705, 8/31/2014)

Nice little hoppy Simcoe number. Big fan of Simcoe and this brew. Nice solid bitterness, piney and resiny aromatics. pablo951 (672) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 7, 2013
Had it on tap at Town Hall Brewery in Minneapolis! Poured a light clear orange hue. Great hop citrus aroma, and a solid IPA taste, with a tangy after bite. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - NOV 23, 2013

Pours clear yellow. Aroma is pine with some malt in the background. Taste is somewhat spicy with a great aftertaste. Simcoe hops shine, and it’s sessionable. Nice pale ale.
