Draft sampler pours amber with a white head. Aroma of grain and citrus. Taste is grains, caramel and citrus. nickd717 (5008) - San Francisco, California, USA - MAY 1, 2013
Draft at the brewpub. Mostly clear bright golden color with a white head. Very interesting aroma with honey and spices along with wheat and herbal hops. The flavor is dominated by honey, which lends substantial sweetness. Also has wheat and medium citrus hops. Somehow works itself out to be incredibly tasty. The mouthfeel is smooth with medium body and great drinkability. Very impressive and surprising beer overall. XmnwildX12 (2079) - Farmington, Minnesota, USA - MAR 16, 2013
On tap at the brewery, golden color with a thin white head. Has some citrus hop aromas and a bit of grain, similar taste, not a bad beer.

Cask at TH Tap. Very slight haze to this rich yellow pour with a foamy white head. Awesome citrus hop nose and taste. Superb brew. arminjewell (9744) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - MAY 26, 2011
The balance of Town Hall beer strikes again. Pours clear yellow with white head, aroma has notes of tropical fruit from the hops and the wheat mixing well together, some slight biscuity malt and a touch of spice. Taste is nice tropical fruit with mango, peach, pear, biscuit in the middle and a slight spice note, finishing dry and slightly bitter.

Lightly cloudy, pale orange color, big, puffy, lace-leaving, gossamer white head...very nice looking.
Aroma screams hops...Cascade & Centennial, most likely...I could be wrong...probably am, but they seem like good guesses. The pine and pineapple also suggests Amarillo. Wow! A hophead’s dream, clean and alert and alive, pine needles and lemon peels.
Taste: smmoth, good texture, abundant hoppy flavor, creamy mouthfeel. Medium bodied, with great bitterness buzzing the palate. And they just keep buzzing...excellent drinkability, so effortless to down.

Hazy light orange in colour with moderate carbonation. Strong hoppy aromas of mango, orange, flowers, grass, and black pepper. The strong hop presence continues in the mouth with more tropical fruit and pink grapefuit notes, along with some mild caramel notes. It starts out quite full on the palate (from all of the wheat, I guess), but dries out nicely with some firm chalky bitterness. A great hop delivery vehicle. tyler_mn (2464) - SLP, Minnesota, USA - SEP 15, 2007
Tap at the brewpub. Bright grassy hops on the nose. Pours a hazy gold. Nice lacing all the way down the glass. Excellent balance between sweet wheat and grassy and fruity hops. Fairly full bodied and creamy on the palate. Nice. robertsreality (2460) - Minnesota, USA - SEP 11, 2007
Cloudy Honey Color with Quickly Fading White Head. Strong Piney Grapefruit and Floral Hopped Aroma. Light to Medium Bodied, with a Dry Hop and Wheat Blanket Coating the Mouth. Sweet Grains in the Background, Notes of Grapefruit, Moving Towards a Dry Wheaty Aftertaste...Increasingly Drying Over Time. Nice Simple Mix of Wheat and Fruity Hops in a Pale Ale. badgerben (5388) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - SEP 4, 2007
Cloudy gold color with a large, rocky head. Woah... BIG grapefruit aroma! Dusty wheat taste with a citrus and pine finish. It almost drifts into Pinesol territory, but just escapes it.
