On tap at St. Augustine’s, pours a hay golden with a small white head. Very aromatic with loads of Belgian yeast, a little crisp green apple, and some doughy malt. Flavour of Belgian yeast, candied sugar, booze and floral notes. Extremely flavourful and slightly better balanced and crafted than the Charleston Tripel. Finishes on notes of booze, candied sugar and apple. A little boozy but very drinkable nevertheless. Great stuff. jercraigs (10303) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 18, 2013
2013-10-10. Crisp dark yellow body with a nice foamy white head. Aroma is quite bready and biscuity, lightly yeasty and alcoholic. Flavour is similar, sweetish bready biscuity pale malt, light bitterness and warming alcohol in the finish. Average plus bodied palate, modest carbonation. Decent take on a triple but the alcohol is just a bit too boozy for me but serving it a bit colder would likely help mitigate that. Bottle, shared with Davey. Medium amber, hazy, with an average white head. Caramel and alcohol, boozy and harsh. Appalling. Drainpour. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 9, 2014

Well-balanced but on the lighter side of trippels. Has some coriander and clove. Pours blond clear with good lacing and head. Finishes with light sweetness. Some booze in aroma as well. Finishes a little astringent. Tap at St. Augustines.

Bottle [650ml] shared with GregClow, mds, jerc & mabel -- c/o GregClow. Pours a deep copper-gold with an average size lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma of alcohol first followed by sweet bready malt, sugar and honey. Flavour of buckwheat, bready malt, sugar, perfumey notes and more hops then I would’ve expected for the style. Medium bodied. I wouldn’t want a ton of this but as a small serving it’s good. reebtogi (6235) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 16, 2013
650ml bomber bottle pours a golden amber color with a generous white head that retains quite well and leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is light fruits and mild yeast with some candy notes. Taste is a fruity and malty sweetness with some light citrus hop bitterness and a bit of yeast on the finish. Light to medium body with some nice carbonation. Overall, a little on the sweet side for the style, but a decent brew nonetheless. CapFlu (5126) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 18, 2013
(Draught) Guest tap at Spinnakers Brewpub. Served in a ditsy 8oz snifter glass$ clear, orange golden body and nearly no head. My nose doesn’t fit the glass well, but I smell bubblegum. Very sweet, some dry malt and tart orange. Good. culchiem (3925) - Berlin, GERMANY - APR 5, 2014
Bottle from Gnashville. Hazy gold with a minimal head. Aroma is wheaty. Flavour has a bit of solvent, which is not pleasant. Fruity yeast, but dominated by the solvent background. Gerbeer (3697) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 15, 2013
On tap. Pours amber with little head. Aromas of malts and citrus. Primarily just flavours of bitter hops. Quite unbalanced and not at all reminiscent of a Belgian Triple, ie no yeast or malts. A miss for me.
