Bottle at Tiera Astur Oviedo. A little bit on the sweet side, but overall nicely balanced. No wonder there is so much of it in Oviedo right now.

olsvammel (7216) - Örebro, SWEDEN - AUG 15, 2015
Bottle from Systembolaget. Smell of apples, fallen fruit that has started to ferment and a yeast aroma. Similar taste. No carbonation at all. Not the freshest cider I’ve had. Reminds me of wine.

Acida pero suave. Entra muy bien. Ligera sin espuma. Escanciada en tipico vaso asturiano.

Draft at Fountainhead, served in a small goblet. Musty and tart, farmy aroma of wet hay and Brett yeast. Crisply tart and very dry in the finish. Slightly cloudy pale gold color. Quenching and tasty, enjoyed this quite a bit.
