Poured at great height from bottle to glass in La Buena Sidra in Malaga. Initially quite tart and even woody/musty but after a few sips the sweetness comes through. Comparable in level to that of a Braeburn apple.

UPDATED: MAY 11, 2014 70cl bottle. Hay colour, crispy, high carbonation, Taste is sour, herbal and subtle sweet flavours. A kind of mainstream asturian cider, for all kind of palates. Update: @II Prueba Popular de la Sidra Lugones 2014. Quite sour and lively carbonation. Enjoyable.

Bottle, at RBNAG-11. An almost clear one, pale golden in color, and without carbonation. Lots of apples in the aroma, some apple cores too. Funky and lighlty lemony. Sourish flavor with apples and some notes of orchard. Medium body, quite dry. A pleasant and rustic cider probably deserving some food to really shine. 111015

Corked 750 from Harry & Davids in Medford, OR. Pours hazy gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is sweet/tart with ripe/cooked apple. It is extremely tart. After the tart there is strong mixed apple skins. If this were a beer, I think we could call it sour/wild. Pretty good drink.
