I have had several of Track Seven's beers and was impressed so I think I was expecting more here. Not sure if it was the hop choice but the beer seemed a little unbalanced to me. The only taste I am getting is aggressive bitterness. That is really the only thing I am getting on the palate. Maybe more of the hop aroma and more balance Witt the malts would have made this better for me.

On tap @ Tap 25. Hazed light orange beer with a finger of white foam. There is a rather prominent pine aroma here. Nice orange, grapefruit, and fresh flowers, too. A bit of caramel malt, that I could do without, but it’s okay. Decent toast and bread. Sweet and bitter juxtaposition here. A bunch of pine and resinous bitterness, particularly on the finish. Moderate citrus flavor, but could use a bit more. Overall, good but not great. slowrunner77 (13418) - Reno, Nevada, USA - NOV 30, 2015
Nice showcase of a classic hop. Has a great nose and some bite, but quite drinkable. joet (2680) - Wilsonville, Oregon, USA - JUN 6, 2015
An excellent modest cascade new. Pine and citrus nose, ample aromatic volume, ample carbonation, acidic citrusy, some solid bitterness on the finish, lightly sweet.
