12 oz single bottle from Molly’s Spirits. Orange and clear in appearance with a fully dissipating white head. Strong ginger, herbal and spicy aroma. Similar flavor. Pretty strong and one dimensional ginger flavor throughout. Light body with a lingering ginger finish. OK for a novelty beer I suppose.

Berard (639) - Salem, New Hampshire, USA - MAR 31, 2016
Draft. Pours nearly black with a thin creme colored head. Flavors of cocoa nut and vanilla over a chocolate backbone bit not too sweet. It's a bit thin more like a porter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Visual: Pours copper orange with barley any head, thin ringed retention with small islands, small clusters of fast streams. Nose: mostly ginger, toasted bread. (lvl-4)-pungency Attack: crisp bite, fizzy-tingly Mid-palate: (lvl-6-sweetness), orange oils, peppery, ginger root earthy, light toasted barley malts Finish: off-dry background hops, soft ginger throat heat, barley malty exhale, a touch more orange oil. Summary: It certainly delivers in the ginger-galangal spicy department, and the orange peel helps round it out. Overall it’s substantially better than the handful of other ginger brews I’ve tried in the past. Decent, but a thin bodied finish.

It's okay, not great. Not a big fan of the ginger but I should have known that before I bought it.

Draft - Lots of raw ginger and some spice. Clear gold with a thin beige head. Raw ginger, light sweetness and some spice. Not bad for a ginger beer.

On tap at Northwest, pours a clear bronze with a tiny head. Aroma brings out ginger upfront, not much else. Flavour is gingery upfront - like pure raw ginger with a touch of sweetness. Delivers on its promise. Decent.

Amber, bright, big ginger nose, sweet, light ginger character, simple, like ginger beer.
