Bottle courtesy of Radagast83, thanks! Cloudynpale yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of sourdough bread dough and distant lemons. Taste is bitter and sour lemon. mcberko (18431) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 8, 2013
750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with medium white head. Aroma of light fruity notes, dough, signature Unibroue yeast and a hint of ginger. Flavour is quite light and spicy, but not any of the ginger is detectable, champagne-style yeast, and some mild fruitiness. Lively carbonation, with a nicely spicy body. Solid, but unobtrusive one here, just perhaps not up to Unibroue standard. Oakes (18200) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 23, 2014
Cloudy blond, assertive spice - gotta be coriander all over this, big Unibroue yeast, some sugary pale malt sweetness and a little bit of citrus late. yngwie (17109) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 9, 2013
Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s a lighlty hazy golden beer with a two-finger white head. Orange peel, grass and a little peppery hoppyness in the aroma, some pale malts and a yeasty hint as well. The flavor has a nice citrus peel touch, with a fine bitterness and some peppery hints. Some yeast notes and banana too. Slightly warming on the palate, a bit too much for a beer at 7.5% ABV I think, with a full body and a quite soft but a bit flat carbonation. Long, bitter and fruity finish. Except that it is a bit alcoholic, it’s a fine brew I wouldn’t mind drinking more of. 130808 jtclockwork (16857) - , New Jersey, USA - JUL 10, 2014

Bottle from Trader Joe’s in Davis, CA. Pours hazy gold with a foamy 3 finger white head. Aromas of pineapple, banana and ginger. Med body. Flavor starts a little earthy. For me the flavor is banana hints, ginger hints, pineapple - primarily because it hits my tongue as a bit acid? And that pleasant fruity, spicy earthiness persists into the finish. Very tasty. Bottle. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate balanced, yeast and alcohol aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy spice sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. My expectations where exceeded.
