3.2
Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 1, 2007
Dark copper coloured, small off-white head. A pretty smoky, toffee laden nose with earth-like nuances, candy sugar, straight barley and herbal undertones. The palate is toasty and caramelly and expanded over by a mild carbonation. Perhaps a bit simple in mouth, but a pleasant and more than fair offering.

harrisoni (19157) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - AUG 23, 2007
500ml bottle at 78, Glasgow. Deep russet colour with thin beige head. It’s been filtered and pasteurised, so pretty empty in mouth, some decet malt, bit of brown sugar, some raisin and red berry, bit of dry chocolate. Fine.

beeranarchist (232) - Aalborg, DENMARK - FEB 28, 2007
Amber with offwhite head, which disappears quickly. Malty aroma with notes of bread, toffee, liquorice. A little to sweet to my taste and has an unpleasant metallic flavour.

MiP (15960) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JAN 29, 2007
Malt and green apple aroma. The flavour has some of the same characteristics, with a good bitterness. Rather one-dimensional.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JAN 1, 2007
It’s a very muddy, brown beer with a weak head. The aroma is malty with notes of caramel and a bit of fruit. The mouth feel is flat. The flavour has notes of roasted malt, caramel, a hint of apple and a very light bitter finish.

MPA (999) - Amager (form. Nørrebro&Aalborg), DENMARK - DEC 1, 2006
Bottle. Amber with fast disappearing off white head. hops, figs, raisins, caramel and sweetness along with quite a lot of alcohol on the nose. Sweet flavour with toasted malts and some hops. Then a flavour of metal, that doesn’t fit in. Doens’t deliver according to aroma.

Clear amber colour with an off white head. Malty, dark fruit and caramel sweet aroma. Malty, light smoky flavor with fruity notes.

2.7
Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 21, 2006
(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, amber golden with a tiny, off-white head. Weak aroma of nuts and caramel. Fairly light body with notes of caramel. Discreetly hoppy finish. 281006
