Bottle. As "Traditional Scottish Ales Glencoe Wild Oat Stout" - Black in colour. Roasty chocolate aroma. Malty; toasty (mildly roasty) oatmeal malts, creamy milky chocolate, coffee, caramel. Sweetish malty chocolate flavour throughout. Full flavoured. Very tasty. Smooth. Mild (not harsh). Sessionable. Very Nice Stout! (2011-10-11)

jamestulloch (4327) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 14, 2015
Bottle. Black body with a thin beige head. Good lacing. Aroma of porridge, coffee and smoke. Flavour of coffee, roasted malt, ash and chocolate. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. A tasty, ashy Stout.

ManVsBeer (10946) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUN 17, 2015
Bottle from Cocktail’s, Littleborough as TSA Wild Oat Stout. Black with no head. It’s not quite full, but its roasted malt is more than evident in both aroma and taste.

presario (4925) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 19, 2015
Dark liquid. Thin light brown foam. Strong charcoal malt scent. A bit thin. Trace of tin noted in nose. Kind of disappointing.

Rob_D_UK (1366) - Madrid, SPAIN - NOV 3, 2014
Pours an opaque black with a brown head. Rich coffee aroma with a hint of hops. Taste is a rich coffee malt but with a very mild finish.

Stuu666 (14806) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 15, 2014
Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is oaty, light roast, taste is sweet chocolate.

mighty_meadow (308) - Kilwinning, SCOTLAND - AUG 18, 2014
Looks good. Not so great on the nose. Malty, liquorice, dark chocolate, cloves, smokey. Could have been really good but a bit thin and lacking depth to be truly great. Shame.

Burgers (346) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 7, 2014
Very dark brown with next to no head. Aromas of oats, malt and liquorice. Taste balanced sweet and bitter. Medium mouthfeel. No carbonation. Pretty good but not outstanding.

Chopper925 (589) - Gross Gerau, GERMANY - JUL 2, 2014
Bottle. Cofee, dark chocolate, dark small head. Sweet, full taste, light sour. Malty chocolate aftertaste, not as dry as other stouts. Great
