Bottle. Cloudy golden pour, no head. Aroma is sweet honey, floral, a hint of hops. Flavour is lighter than expected, mostly sweet with a slight tartness. Not hugely flavourful and not a great balance, but an interesting take on mead with the malt and hops added. tchaos (441) - New York, USA - MAR 24, 2015
509ml ceramic bottle. Pours Opaque off-gold. Aroma And taste are fairly off-putting. Some faint caramel notes, but earthy, vegetal unbalanced mess. czar (9430) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 13, 2015
pours almost clear bright golden orange with a very small cap, little retention, no lacing. yeast - touch of dust and metal, toasted caramel - linear, faint fruitiness - overripened honeyed apricots, golden candi, assertively grassy and kind of astringent, citrus. lively and soft carboantion - unstable; light to medium body - oily but feels kind of light, slightly boozy, astringent and assertive grassy finish. not a fail - which is a rare trafalgar find, but their ginger mead proved to be more complex and interesting. dleblanc87 (15) - windsor, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 8, 2015
Nice colours and aromas of apple and citrus... the flavours are rather dull for a mead, the honey flavours barely come out at all. The ginger mead is a much better buy. Yamato (40) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JAN 20, 2015
I think Robin Hood was drinking this beer in the movie(Russell Crow one).
Golden color, surprisingly little head. Of course honey aroma, apple.
Alcoholic aftertaste, little hop. Refreshing, pleasant honey taste.
Good for a break, if you want something not hoppy.

Sweet white wine aroma. Nice clear crisp colour and foamy white head. Deliciously sweet with a hoppy bite otherwise not a ton of flavour. lesifflebiere (1928) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 2, 2015
Correct. 2013-02-22 - tasting hosted by blankboy, with gregclow, jercraigs and mabel - "trafalgar maggot" - no idea who brought the bottle, but you’re welcome for the new, more accurate name, Trafalgar, purveyors of liquid garbage. Hazy amber-gold, actually had a wee bit of beige head - thick "foamy" legs (somehow we compared it to Nair ...). Smells a bit nasty - sugary, harsh, vegetal, stale grass, boozy ... (6-). Tastes- sour dishwater with some cheap honey thrown in, somehow bitter and boozy. Watery, thin, still, harsh, unpleasant aftertaste - blech. WheatKing (1338) - Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA - JAN 6, 2014
Bottle with candlelight and Gregorian chants. My first braggot so take this review with a grain of salt. Nose is slight honey, alcohol, Flavour is fairly sweet, some lemon, Thin, watery. Alright to try once. Eructoblaster (4370) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 10, 2013
Ceramic bottle - 500ml. Hazy golden body with heavy carbonation and a thin white bubbly head. Weird rotten herbs aroma with honeyish hints. Taste hides the alcohol very well. It carries grassy and flowery notes, and ends with a short bittersweet finish. Ordinary.
