Tap - not much head, very dark amber color, very bready malty aroma and flavor, a little heavier than a typical Irish style ale - not bad overall

Tap at the brewpub. Light khaki head with a dark brown body. The nose is malty with caramel. There is also some peanut. The taste is musty and woody with some caramel. There is also some root beer. This is good. jandd1983 (4386) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - FEB 21, 2011
Tasted from a sampler. Ever so slightly on the sweet side. Nicely balanced with ample carbonation for a nice bite. I wish this was available all year. This was my favorite brew from the sampler.

5oz sampler at brewpub. The current seasonal ale. Dark brown with very thin head. Light on aroma, just a hint of citrus and caramel. Nice citric hop finish akin to grapefruit. Unlike other Irish Ales I have tried.
