GROUNDBREAKER – UNFILTERED LAGER(5,3%)

Aroma; hops, citrus, grapefruit, pale malts, lemon cream. Look; off white head, slightly yellow. Near clear deep golden body. Taste; hops, pale malts, fruit peels, herbs, leaves - leading to a herbal finish. Feel; normal body, fine carbonation. Overall; nice, even 2 months past BB. [33cl.btl 5.3% BB180716]

Flaske 330ml. Spandert av Rune. Delt på Nerstranda 28.5.16. Varm gylden. Høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Litt filigranser. Svakt uklar. Søt fruktaroma. Smaken fersken. Myk munnfølelse. Avslutter tørt. Behagelig øl.

330ml bottle, bought from djoeye and shared with Finn. Rocky white head to a near clear golden body. Fair lacing. Modest fruity smell, apricot and grassy hops. Mid-sweet apricot and peaches to the flavour character, grainy malts beneath. Bittersweet ending. Medium bodied. Pretty alright, nice lager version (at Finns in Tromsø 28.05.2016).

Hazy orange color. Funky aroma, oranges, citrus fruits. Very hoppy flavor. Strong malt base. Starts sweet, finishes dry with a resiny hop flavor.

330ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Clear golden color. Small size, white head, stays. Sweet, fizzy, malty, grainy, grassy hops in aroma. Sweet, bitter hops, caramel in taste. Bitter spicy hops and caramel in aftertaste. Medium carbonation. Nice spicy and perfumey. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle (Alko Akadia, Helsinki)
Pleasant herbal-to-grassy hop aroma, some light almost fruitish and flower-ish aspects, pleasant light eco-hinting grains. Pleasant gold, small tight head, haze at end of pour. Simple grainy body, pleasant bitter hops, again grassy. Finish has a nice bitterness, maybe a little bit soapy at times, but I had the cloudiest pour. Characterful lager, really grainy.

Bottle (shared by fatphil, thanks). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sweet, grainy, malty, somewhat sour. Flavor is sweet and bitter, grains, cardboard, malt, slight citrus and alcohol. Finish is dry bitter. Overall: drinkable.
