Tap at the source. Pours light lemon color, white head. Aroma is heavy pineapple, gose, little salty, tart. Flavor is tart, sour, super pineapple heavy. Kinda pithy almost in an odd way. Not overly acidic. Good. weihenweizen (4301) - Charleston, West Virginia, USA - MAY 6, 2017

Bottle sent to me by b3shine and shared at RBAG winter edition. Very hazy very pale yellow. Tart pineapple with a clean wheat body and salty finish. Tartness lingers. Great stuff. Ferris (17776) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 19, 2017
Bottle - Pineaplle juice and salty notes. Clear yellow gold with a small white head. Acidic pineapple and nice salty notes. Finish isn’t as clean as some, but all the flavours really pop. JStax (7392) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - JAN 22, 2017
500 ml bottle from flandersned. Thanks! The beer is a moderately hazy gold color with a white head of foam that dissipates quickly. The aroma has a juicy and funky fruit character, but also a big lactic sourness as well. Medium sourness in the taste. Pineapple comes through in the taste and especially the finish. Medium body and medium carbonation. A delicious beer!

Bottle thanks to Adam! Pours a hazy light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a good amount of earthy wheat with some pineapple and a light tartness. Flavor has very sour pineapple with a bit of an acid bite and some earthy wheat underlying. Lilja (3595) - Malmö, SWEDEN - SEP 23, 2016
Drucken på Brewskival 2016. Smak och doft av inlagd ananas. Frisk, fruktig, lagom sötma, fin syrlighet, något grumlig. Fin gose! Vignale (4153) - Malmö, SWEDEN - SEP 3, 2016
Drucken på Brewskival 2016. En frisk för att inte säga rejält syrlig gose med en del inlagd ananas. Trevlig sommaröl. Gott. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - AUG 28, 2016
500ml bottle acquired from the brewery taproom (Bridgman, MI). Pours a hazy golden yellow hue, some pineapple juice, hazy and a bit murky with some bubbly flow. A looser bubbly head is small, mellow ringer dissipates quickly overall. Aromas present funk and juicy pineapple tartness. Some spritzy tartness, citric lactic tang is decent, a firmer pineapple chunk addition is both sweet and tart, with some mellow funkiness, dry bready malts and grain, earthiness and yogurt meeting some saline like earthy salt appeal, more mellow overall. A bit yeasty, funky, but the pineapple certainly leads the charge to start. Initial is tart and prickly, a firmer lactic appeal than the nose let on off the bat. Smack of lactic tangy bite, sour and spritzy. Lemon, pineapple, yogurt and some acidic charge let way for some bready malts, fruity nectar, earthy and mellow funky appeal. More salty gose like appeal hits as we press on, firmer lactic tang is pleasant, a bit bubbly and spritzy with farmhouse funk, firmer salty backend and dryness. Mellow dry grainy malts. A bit undercarbed but an acidity and earthy salinity that really strike just right. Dry, sour trail out, cleaner body with some tangy pineapple pulp, both tart and sweet enough to give a bit of a counterbalance from the firmer lactic strength and salty smack. Very tasty stuff and a good variation on Salarium. Not the prettiest pour, a bit flabby overall in that regard, but very good flavor and flow, the pineapple aiding in a cohesive way instead of just overtaking the base. Nice stuff, in the end and once through it you can tell it’s a little heavy handed on the salt. But overall pretty nice stuff. koleminer20 (4258) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - AUG 25, 2016
From notes. Enjoyed at a tasting at Andrew’s house on August 18. I’m pretty sure this was from a 500 mL bottle. The pour is a hazy straw yellow with a thick white head that fizzles down hard to nothing at all. The aroma is definitely salty. Shit. There is a light pineapple and a decent acidity behind it, but holy salt. The flavor is much of the same. It’s like a decently tart pineapple juice with a truckload of salt. I like it, but the salt in this is making me even thirstier. The mouth feel is light and crisp with a lighter carbonation and a lingeringly acidic salty pineapple on the finish. It’s decent, but jesus, they need to tone the salt down a smidge.
