COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hoppy farmhouse with brett brewed by Beer Culture at Transmitter Brewing. The base malt is Maris otter with Vienna and Munich added for color and toasted maltiness. Legacy, Nuggetzilla and Cascade hops added toward the end for some added fruitiness. A single strain of brettanomyces is used for a fruitiness as well dryness and some slight developing earthiness.

Poured into a shaker showing moderate filtration and caramel brown.

The nose is slightly sweet with light tropical hops.

The palate is lightly carbonated with a medium body. Big vegetal notes of green peppers and lettuce showing throughout with a light bitterness on the end. Upon warming up, light malts begin show.

Shared bottle. Poured hazy copper with off-white head. Nose was hops, florals. Tasted hoppy, with notes of caramel malt, yeasty esters, florals, and a somewhat dry finish.

[email protected] Culture, NYC, USA. Light aroma with sweet malts and Nordic berries like cloud berry. Deep orange color with small white head and very hazy liquid. Medium malty and floury taste of over aged mango and cloud berry. A hint of malts and somewhat yeasty. Balanced. Something artificial/plastic on the taste. Medium/wide taste spectrum and medium aftertaste with somewhat plastic cloud berry. Medium body with low carbonation. Certain floury mouthfeel is plus. Overall, nicely distinctive taste and palate.

UPDATED: SEP 20, 2015 Bottle at Beer Culture with Max, Jess and Gene. Pours a deep Amber orange body with thin white lacing. Aroma is soft yeast, spice and muted fruits. Mouthfeel is medium with lots of carbonation and notes of yeast, soft grains, lemon soap, spice and pepper.
