12 oz bottle 8th Beer of Christmas 2017 The ale poured a hazy light amber with a white head and only modest lacing. The aroma of bananas and bread greets you. The light body ale has soft carbonation. The yeasty taste with wheat bread does not meets my needs. This style of beer is just not in my wheelhouse. BeerdedDave (2086) - Beckley, USA - AUG 24, 2017

Happy to get to try something from these guys, on tap at Mellow Mushroom, although their menu put the brewery in Ashland, not Petersburg. Oh well, at least it is off 95 as well. In any case. Poured a clear yellow, slight head, lacking traditional wit haze. Aroma was faintly grainy malts with a bit of floral and spice note. Really not very wittish in a lot of ways. All notes were quite subdued. But, enjoyable in sort of a lawnmower beer sort of way. Good pizza beer.
