Clear yellow gold, white frothy head that slowly settles, slight grainy aroma. Light bodied, smooth and brightly sweet with a clean, crisp finish. BeerAndPonies (175) - Medicine Hat, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 30, 2014
355 ml can from a variety twelve-pack from Sobeys Liquor outlet, served in a shaker pint glass emblazoned with Rainbow Dash (I hope to feature even more unusual glassware). Pours a bright, clear golden hue with fine, puffy white head that hangs in there and laces nicely, with moderate carbonation. Aroma is - urk! - a wallop of cooked creamed corn kissed with citrus...uh-oh, please don’t disappoint, beer... Flavor is initially astringent, followed by grains, and plenty of water from cooked veggies. A bitter sourness lingers, far from a clean lager finish, and the beer has an okay body with a light slickness. I was really looking forward to this, but it’s just not right somehow; considering the generally good comments here, perhaps this came from a tainted batch? Overall, this blonde turned out to be a bad blind date...
A second tasting fared a bit better, and so I have very slightly adjusted my earlier category ratings...but not enough to change my overall dislike. lotsalaughs (177) - Alberta, CANADA - JUL 19, 2014
bread, grass, spruce, leaves, golden, clear, frothy, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, slick feel, lively, bitter, long finish
Golden pour with fair amount of white foam. Green grass and spruce aroma with some bread. Taste is mildly bitter with yeasty note. Mouthfeel slick with an average carbonation. Finish is mildly bitter with hint of metallic. Beer reflecting life: attractive blonde that goes down easy, really not that special. mcberko (18998) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 15, 2014
On tap at Tree, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grassy notes and corn. Flavour is very mellow and wheaty, with notes of corn, grassy notes, and hay. Too much residual sweetness from the adjuncts, but it’s refreshing enough. Decent. exeter (569) - calgary, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 26, 2013
Pretty standard get drunk beer. Nothing offensive and it goes down smooth. On the other side, nothing special either.

Decent enough. Light, mild beer flavour. Some hops and hay but nothing remarkable to mention. Ferris (16537) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 26, 2013
Draft - Light grains and corn syrup sweetness. Pale clear yellow with a decent white head. Taste has a lot of grains and a bit of sweetness. Decent but nothing special. Reimer96 (1778) - Alberta, CANADA - JUN 28, 2013
Pours a clear golden yellow with a nice white head and bubbly ring of lace. Aroma of sweet dms, pale malts and some floral hops. Taste is the same with some sweet corn like dms present, pale malts and a light crisp bitterness. Very nice smooth premium lager to style. bulldogops (2907) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 21, 2013
355mL Pink Can (supporting Breast Cancer research). Pours a clear, golden yellow with a bubbly white head that dissipates like pop fizz. Aroma is grassy, hint of sweet malts. Taste is a plain jane pilsner-style lager. Mouthfeel is light, moderate to high carbonation. Finishes a little sweet, no hoppiness to speak of. Would make an ok patio or beach beer. Great to support good brewmaking and cancer research all in one go. pintbypint (3834) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 16, 2013
355ml can. Yellow colour, weak white cap and weak lacing. Nose has some grains and mild sweet notes. Taste has some grainy malts, very light suggestion of hops in there. Fizzy mouthfeel, well carbonated. Light body. Generic and middle of the road lager, pretty basic and inoffensive.
