355 ml can from Tree Brewings winter sampler 12-pack from Sobeys Liquor, which has been picked to christen my MLP Doctor Whooves shaker pint glass. Pours a bright, clear, light coppery amber hue with low carbonation. Head has peaks of medium-sized bubbles in a very nice light shade of tan, and leaves trifoil-shaped lacing. A delightfully fresh bouquet of fruity and flowery hops greets my nose, with whiffs of pine and malt. The flavor begins with a nice menthol-like cooling sensation as I sip, then is lightly malty with a little citrusy tartness, and the hop aromas then blossom into full flavor that lingers just enough, ending cleanly. Mouthfeel is good, as is the body. Its no hop bomb, but it has enough, in a good variety, in great balance. Delicious! Top me up, please! (As a side note, as a rank amateur taster, I really appreciate beer companies who list their beers composition and percentages/units/measures on the packaging, for my edification and entertainment.)

The beer pours a hazed rusty gold colour with a thin bubbly off-white cap. The aroma is very citrusy with background notes of herbs, caramel, and malt. The mounthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is citrusy hops, caramel, and some yeast notes. Quite refreshing for a hot day.

Can @ AirBNB Arts Colony. Amber pour with a thin layer of white foam. Kind of watery and bready. A bit of seltzer and orange marmalade. Some floral and spicy hops. Maybe some peach. Flavor is also mostly just sweet malt. Theres a weird eatery quality that I guess is like peach candies. Water, bread, and some toast. Mild hop profile and little to no bitterness.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2014 Pours a coppery orange, with both moderate head and lacing. Aromas of caramel malts, light citrus hops and bar-b-que chips. Tastes of caramel malts, slightly toasted, piney hops, with just a touch if bitterness on the swallow. Overall, a nice solid west coast ale, that is really quite enjoyable.
