Spot-on hefeweizen. Pours hazy, vibrant gold with a nice white head. The aroma is bready, yeasty, with some lemon zest, clove and banana, and a bit of funk. The taste is crisp and balanced, medium-sweet malt and a spicy hop finish. I am very impressed by this beer. mnurda (1289) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - SEP 16, 2012
Bottled sample from MLCC. Orange in colour. Nice citrus flavour. Faint hint or coriander type spice. Quite liked this one

Hazy gold pour with a white weak head. A skunky rotted smell I was totally not expecting. Odd taste as well.. Not pleasant. I didn’t think there was a wefe. I didn’t like. Wow this is bad. Gave a sip to my wife to try, and she thinks it tastes off. Possibly a skunked bottle or perhaps the worst wefe I’ve ever had. fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 16, 2012

Cloudy blond color. The aroma is mild, spicy, some cloves. Dry and smooth mouthfeel, ordinary spicy wheat flavor, with correct bitterness; there is a very light residual sweetness that makes it more pleasant to drink.
Poured into a 500ml Weihenstephan glass. Gorgeous amber/copper pour with a big white head. Loads of banana, clove, and bubblegum. Great yeasty phenols and light citrus. Solid carb, and spot on mouthfeel. Yeasty finish with loads of bananas, and a medium bitter finish. Outstanding example of the style, rivals it’s German counterparts.

LCBO Tree series. Hits the style, tasty and on sweet side, Decent drinkability. Hazy slightly orange. Citrus and wheat aroma. Slightly above average mouthfeel. radiomgb (2686) - Peterborough, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 13, 2012
Cloudy golden in colour with a large white coloured head, good retention, excellent lacing. The aroma is of grains, grass, some light banana, light spice. The flavour is of wheat, a bit herbal, light banana, light spice. Lightly creamy mouthfeel, medium/light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, some spice and lightly bitter.MXD (304) - Gatineau/St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 11, 2012
Very drinkable. Nothing really special about this but it is very refreshing.
650ml bottle from the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario.
Opened on July 13, 2012.
Pours straw, opaque and golden. Aroma is fruity and malty (wheat). TAste is pretty much perfect Hefe : a wee bit spicy with lots of bananas. Feels a bit thin, but that’s not bad for an Hefe. All in al... extremely well-made Weizen. GuillaumeCL (344) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 10, 2012
650mL bottle from the LCBO. Pours a hazy straw colour with a bit of white head that leaves some nice lacing behind. Smell is definite wheat and hops, with a tiny bit of a spicy hint. Palate is light to medium with an airy carbonation to it that’s very pleasing. Taste is wheat like, with a bit of hoppiness and ends with a nice banana aftertaste, though the flavour overall is a bit weak, though I may be having it a bit too cold. Really good hefe though. Bottle - 650ml. Cloudy golden body with a fair white foamy head. Decent malty/hoppy aroma with yeasty and citrusy hints. Taste carries piney notes and ends with a good bitter/herbal finish. Drinkable.
