Bouteille 650 ml. 8.5%. Couleur ambre-orange viole, mousse blanche mince. Trs bonne. IIPA.

It tastes like treacle, figs and currants. And pineapples, grapefruit. It;s also got a weird eucalyptus taste. Surprisingly sweet (but not cloying or syrupy). Very close to barleywine

Bottle - Citrus and pine and some biscuit. Clear orange with a thick head. Piney with a significant hit of bitterness and a bit of alcohol. Very dry finish with the bitterness lingering. I remember this being much better when I first had it, I may have a bad batch.

650 ml bottle purchased at the LCBO on Rideau and King Edward (Ottawa) on March 1, 2013. Dark orange, medium head. Aroma of citrus and pine hops, a little sweet. Taste of herbs and pine hops, dry alcohol, not very bitter. A little better than their IPA, just a little!

Bottle from the LCBO, this beer pours a cloudy golden colour with a thick frothy head. The aroma is of thick citrus and malty notes, the taste is delicious with a citrus and pine hop notes. Behind all that hoppy goodness, is a malty backbone that offers some delicious thick caramel malts. This is a great double IPA, and I will definitely try again!

Une bouteille de 660ml. Version 8,5% bouteille peinte inscrite Limited Edition.

Nice sticky bitterness to the palate. Aroma of alcohol and pine. Molasses butter and tylenol to the taste.Very bitter, balanced by sweetness, but the dull sweetness thats only a backnote which i very much prefer. I enjoyed this bottle much more this year than last. And for the price, Im considering stocking up!

Slightly muted aroma, oniony/catty hop sweet smelling aroma. Dark brown, hazy, white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Flavor shows a lot of hop character, piney and tropical, with a malty middle and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Pine aftertaste. Not that assertive in terms of bitterness compared to other DIPAs. Medium bodied, medium carbonated. OK.

Tree Brewing's regular Hop Head is very tasty, so there's surprised that this is twice as tasty! Strong hoppy bitterness that unfolds with settle citrus undertones. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
