COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our cross-continental IPA. Made with Australian and American hops, this citrus heavy IPA opens up in the glass with notes of pineapple, tangerine, and orange rind. It’s sharply bitter . . . The name comes from the initial batch in which, post boil, the wort looked green from so much hop particulate floating around.

Aroma is awesome. Bright, freshly cut hopcones, green and bright... just like the pic. Fruity and spicy orange-ish hops. Taste is once again, bright! Grapefruits, lemon zest, orange. Grassy and herbal dry long finish.

A 1 pint can, canned on 27th July 2017. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass. It was a hazy murky dark yellow orange colour with a just under two finger white head that had excellent retention and left nice lacing. Aromas of strong pineapple and mandarin orange followed by very juicy mango and hints of grass. Tastes of sweet-ish bubblegum, peach, orange rind, mandarin, pineapple and cantaloupe. Finish is only lightly bitter. Creamy, medium bodied with moderate to low carbonation. Overall while the aroma was very juicy, it’s taste was not so much, nevertheless it was still enjoyable and easy to drink. For me, I definitely preferred Alter Ego and Julius.

Grassy medicinal hops up front with some tropical pineapple hops afterwards. Hazy juicy IPA. Super balanced and flavorful. Full bodied but still easy drinking. Medicinal grassy hops are usually not my favorite profile, but this one has them subdued and smooth and they balance well with the tropical hops. Really well done beer, but I like the other tree house ipas I have had a bit better (haze and sap). But solely on the hop profile. This is still great and really well made, but when comparing to their others I like them a slight bit better. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a Hazy yellow with a lacy white head. Pineapple aroma. Smooth, medium body. Nice juicy citrus pineapple taste. I like this better than the flagship Julius. John L - Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tree House, Charlton. Thick foam, pale and very hazy, yellow-orange. Butterscotch, almost malty sip. Very creamy. Funky fruit skin, melon, cantaloupe. Another prototypical haze IPA. Flavors of cantaloupe and papaya aren’t for me. Well put together; impressive.
