Carmel and brown sugar sweet aroma. Murky brown pour from draft at Craft in Calgary. Very good for this style. Smooth sweet nutty and touch of butterscotch. tmalaher (305) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - APR 11, 2016
Nice balance of hoppy bitterness and malt. Darkish in color and not much foam. Enjoyed. DeanF (2471) - Alberta, CANADA - APR 9, 2016
Nice big foamy head and brown body. Aroma of hops sharpness, brown sugar, slight caramel. Flavour is sharp malts and graham crackers. Pretty good and very drinkable. a_sully (457) - - DEC 15, 2015

Really nice brown, malty and a little nutty with just the right bitter bite to offset the caramel sweetness.

Aroma is a light earthiness, pinecone, clove, straw and caramel. Taste is sweet roasted malts and caramel. Balance quite well with a medium deep hop profile that is clove ,citrus and a very slight funk. Appearance is a clear amber with a medium pearl head that retains quite well. patricks110 (2521) - Alberta, CANADA - NOV 2, 2015
Not a terrible brown. Pours a dark murky amber with a thin beige head. The nose is nutty, toasted malts, light cocoa, a bit of floral and spice hop. Well balanced but a little bland for me. gramity (1675) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 24, 2015
Pours a clear brown with off white head. Aromas are toasty or dusty nuts. Similar nutty flavors with some chocolate and coffee notes. sulawang (1172) - - JUL 9, 2015
Visual: Pours light cola brown with a small lasting foamy head, 1mm layer of retention, several spread out singular steady streams.
Nose: light toasted malts, toffee caramel. (lvl-6)-pungency
Attack: crisp, incoming sweet malts
Mid-palate: (lvl-7)-sweetness, (MAIN) brown sugar, toasted malts, nutty -> hopped bitterness
Finish: lingering soft hopped malty bitter finish.
Summary: Quite balanced and pleasant, though not really limited like they claim. Although their 6-packs are only 5.6% ABV where as this bomber is 5.8%. Oakes (18209) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 8, 2015
Hazy medium brown. Thick head. Aroma is quite toasty but with some citrus character and a bit of piney/minty note. Quite bitter, lean, toasty, and a bit of balance.
