650ml bottle from the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario.Rich mahogany in colour with a thin quick to dissipate tan head, light patchy lacing. The aroma is of chocolate malt, some toffee, inhale long to get the raspberry. The flavour is a little bit on the watery side, some roasted malts, nothing really in terms of raspberries. Thin and watery mouthfeel, medium/light body, medium carbonation. Finishes quick with some sweetness. Nothing special here, uneventfull and pretty boring.

Weakest raspberry porter ever. Light on the raspberry, light on the porter, like maybe if an excellent raspberry porter was blended with Mic Ultra.

Draught at St. Augustines, Vancouver
Dark mahogany color with creamy beige head. Very light aroma of roasted malt. The mouthfeel is dry and dusty, with some roasted malt flavor, very light raspberry touch, light acidity: ordinary bitterness.
Not a bad beer, but just I cant see an interest here.

GothGargoyle (2469) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 22, 2014
Ruby brown with a white head. Aroma is raspberry, chocolate, caramel. Medium-light bodied, a little thin, fruity on the palate with only a hint of roast. Taste is raspberry, caramel, hint if chocolate. Not bad but I would have liked a little more substance.

Bottle shared by DanielCoor Dec 2013. Pours brown to dark brown in color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have roasted malts, fruity raspberry, a splash of black coffee, earthy notes. Another beer where it is just too thin and watery on the flavor. Maybe if there were more body it would work.
