12oz can purchased @ Bruisin Ales. Hazy golden color, thick cream of a white head. Huge presence of wheat malt in the nose, and according to the brewery it is all local wheat. A touch of citrus, lemons. Crisp, creamy wheat character. Not much spice. Well balanced. Finishes with a whole tartness over the palate. This one will make the Belgians jealous. durhamlou (13) - - AUG 26, 2012
has a nice aroma out of the can with little hop aroma and a sweet taste. The head doesn’t last long but the flavor is sweet and smooth. Very easy to drink . Drake (13726) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - APR 27, 2008

Rerate 3/12/11. 12 ounce can. Pours a very hazy yellow orange color with a medium sized frothy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of citrus, bread, caramel and spice. The taste is wheat, citrus, spice, caramel, toasted notes and a bit of a tropical note. Fairly dry for a witbier. Medium bodied, slightly assertive carbonation. Still a nice beer three years later. 7/3/8/4/15
Citrus, woody, smoke. A good Belgian style beer that has good flavor and pleasing mouth feel. I also like to swirl the can and get some of the yeasty remants. cmatkins (12) - Illinois, USA - APR 27, 2008
Tasted at Brewers Prenstation at Raleigh WBF. Appearance was slightly cloudy appropriate for its style. The beer had a slight fruit taste with a decent amount of spice. The body was light a beer you could easily enjoy on a summer day.

Draft at Watts. Hazy orange/yellow color with a small white head. Nose of biscuits, yeast, and spice. Nice crisp flavors and well balanced, with a solid wheat mouthfeel. This is a delicious session wheat beer, and a nicely done Belgian representation. devilben02 (281) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - SEP 16, 2010
Pours a hazy golden color with a billowy white head. The aroma is bright and fruity, with the distinctive combination of yeast and spice that the style is known for. The first few sips are laced with banana, lemon, and clove, but aided by the light body and solid carbonation, these potent flavors seem to blend into a light, dry sweetness. craftbeerdesign (2254) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUL 21, 2012
