On tap at Olde Hickory Station. Bartender didn’t really know what they had with this - took me a while to place it: Brown-orange pour. Vinegar and Brett in the aroma. Tap at SAMs. Pours a murky and cloudy deep mohageny with a thin white lace. Nose is tart cherry skins, light cereal, lightly sweet balsamic vinegar, light caramel. Flavor is nicely tart, lightly oaky, more tart cherry, fairly clean finish. By far, the best offering I have consumed from this brewery. kudos fellas! Draft sample at the 9th Annual Summertime Brews Festival, Greensboro, 7/13/13. Pours hazy bronze color with a medium sized creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of nuts, citrus, mild whisky, lactic sourness, caramel. The taste is sour with notes of citrus, caramel, toffee. Medium bodied. Nice.
