COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dialed In is a dank, juicy Double IPA intensively dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. Pouring a vibrant, hazy gold; aromas of white wine, tropical fruit, and faint pine sap swirl around the nose. To enhance the distinct fruity, white grape flavors of the Nelson Sauvin hop, we integrated Sauvignon Blanc juice mid- fermentation. The addition of the potent Galaxy hop in the secondary dry hop charge provides enhanced notes of bright citrus, mango and over ripe pineapple. Soft and creamy with moderate bitterness; Medium-Light bodied with a crisp, dry finish.

ABV: 8.5%

MALT: Pilsner, C-15, Flaked Wheat, Dextrine

HOPS: Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Columbus

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2017 Thanks to my cousin. Interesting and powerful big IPA. Cloudy, grapefruit juice pour. Rich aroma. Sauvignon Blanc, grapefruit, pineapple, pine resin, a dash of coconut flavor. Very good - it is nice to have some Trillium!

Beavertown Trillium TTO. Keg. Cloudy gold beer, small cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry. decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. Nice light mango and mild grape. Light touches of sweet orange and pink grapefruit. Smooth light floralness and mild hop spice. Light semi dry finish. Quite a polite DIPA then but very nice.

2017/09/23 - Draft at CBC Boston. Pours a hazy honey colour with no head, and no lacing. Aroma is juicy citrus and tropical fruit, light pine, grassy notes and white grapes. Taste is big juicy citrus, white grapes and pine. Mouthfeel is medium and almost chewy, with sharp carbonation and long, dry, dank finish. Awesome. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dialed In pours a hazy, rich golden color with an off white head. Good lacing. Aromatics include white wine barrels, mango and papaya. Medium bodied, light even for a NE DIPA. Malt-forward- little bitterness. Real dry.

Really hazy dark yellow color with off-white head. Aroma is really hoppy with dank notes, sweet grapes, overripe pineapple and grassy hops. Taste is sweet at first but continues really dry with intense hop notes. Dank, grassy, unripe grapes and pineapple, really fruity but dry. Medium body, really dry, well carbonated. Overall it’s a really nice take on a NE DIPA with really well hidden ABV.
