COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A refreshingly hoppy American pale ale, Itty Bitty Goose is another edition in our "Small Bird Series" of lower ABV pale ales. The nose is an ripe apricot, lemon, and lightly toasted malt. Citrus peel and grassy hop flavors fill the palate and ends in a soft yet crisp mouthfeel. Dry and effervescent, light to medium bodied.

MALT: American 2-row Barley, Malted Triticale from Valley Malt, Flaked Oats, Dextrine, C-15

HOPS: Amarillo, El Dorado, CTZ

Bottleshare at Matteo’s. Thanks to Leighton. Lightly hazy gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent minerally carbonation. Soft dry pale malts, mildly sweet. A little hop spice and citric pith. Spicy orange and spicy orange peel. Light tangerine. Smooth semi dry finish, Nice.

Can shared at the holiday party, thanks! Slightly hazy deep yellow in color with a moderate off white head. Light apricot earthy and pine with a solid toasty light bready maltiness. Everyone ignored this beer on the table, but I really enjoyed it!

Aroma of sweet orange, mango, grass, lemon, Pours typical hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Taste is orangy, grassy and a bit tropical. Light bitterness, medium sweet. Light to medium body, silky mouthfeel, soft carbonation, light grassy finish. A great and flavourful crusher. Could drink loads of this.

Halloween 2016 - Can share at Matteo’s. Thanks Leighton! As ’Trillium Itty Bitty Goose’, 5.0%. Hazy vibrant golden yellow, almost opaque, foamy off-white head, dotted lacing. Aroma is pineapple, peachy. Body is smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is again peachy, sugary, pineapple cube sweets, dusty. Very drinkable. Nice. (3.8)

Can shared at the inaugural Matteo tasting, 31/10/2016. Huge thanks to Leighton for this one. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a loose off white. Aroma is nice juicy dank hop, plastic, lemon rind. Wheat. Flavour is composed light crisp grains, light dank hop, Mosaic. Easy going, crisp, highish carbonation. Plastic and nice. Mosaic. Good stuff.

Growler. Pours hazy yellow with low to no head. Aroma is of citrus, fruits. Taste is of citrus, garlic, bitterness. Palate: Light body, medium carbonation. Overall: Very nice, fresh, easily drinkable.

500ml bottle shared in Rich St. Many thanks to LKS for this one. It pours a hazed pale yellow color works small white head. Aroma is full of danky weed notes and light grass and apricots. Taste is also danky grassy and lightly sweet fruity with notes of melon apricots and weed. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, very nice one

16 ounce can. Pours a somewhat hazy pale gold with a nice white head. Aroma of citrus, fruit, and pine. Taste is grapefruit, lemon, orange, stone fruit, pine, and grass. Very good.
