16oz can. Pours a barely hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is peach, orange, orange peel, light pineapple, melon, a tiny bit of onion, and some wheat. Taste is peach, herbs, orange, resin, dough, light melon, some bread, a little garlic, and a little wheatiness. Bitter, mineral finish - the weakest part of the beer. Light-medium body. Moderate but slightly prickly carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel. Fairly IPA-like. Wheat presence is very light. RRistow12 (944) - Lewis Center, Ohio, USA - NOV 10, 2017
Tasted from can. Pours a hazy gold with white head. Nice fruity aroma. Lots of orange, peach and lemon. Also some grassy notes. Well balanced taste. Citrus and tropical flavors with a hint of wheat notes. Really tastes like a New England ipa. Very well done.

Hazy golden orange pour. A beautiful ipa masquerading as an “American wheat ale.” Stanky Citra and Galaxy, body is a touch fizzy, otherwise superb. 4.3++ kraddel (8890) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - OCT 25, 2017
Thnx to Geoff. currently rated the best wheat ale in the world, highest rated i had is like 15. So pretty curious about it. Rock my world, trillium ! Drank from the can. Smell is intensely hopped ( quite 'green', floral, tad fruity ) Taste is sharp, fresh bitter, crunchy maltyness ( not really very wheat-intense to me ) mostly hoppy, of course, with it being fruity and floral at the same time. Ends rather fast ( not much hops survive to the aftertaste ) mildly bitter ending. Pretty good, but like I said, I might have expected more wheat in this, and less hops, for it to be truly ' the best wheat ale' . This is a damn fine IPA, with wheat, to me. Pours a hazy orange with minimal head. Lemon and orange flavors. A little resiny on the back end.

16 oz. can from mark000 - thanks again, Mark! Pours a hazy gold with a small white head that settles into a ring and three small islands of film. Notes of orange citrus, wheat and doughy malts, pineapple, apricot, florals; more fruit and bitterness in the flavor, and the aroma is drier and wheatier. Light-medium bodied, with low carbonation and a fruity, bitter mouthfeel. Really nice. I had no doubt this would be a god tier wheat ale. weihenweizen (4127) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - AUG 22, 2017
Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is citus hops, medium body, and little lacing. Taste is citrus hops, herbal hops, and esters. bookman10 (1211) - Osseo, Minnesota, USA - AUG 11, 2017
Pours a hazy, light banana yellow, with minimal head. Aroma seems a bit muted, with some grassiness, some pine/spruce hops. Flavor is quite bitter, and, surprisingly, not all that different from some of their IPAs and pale ales. There’s a lot of citrus, some tropical fruit, some hop bitterness. Kind of weird, chemically finish and aftertaste to this one. Mouthfeel a bit more watery than other Trillium offerings. czar (9430) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 10, 2017
couple of cans. pours cloudy grey-golden with a nice creamy white cap offering some retention and lacing. dans wet tropical hops, pale melon, flavorfull mangoes, lightly sulphuric citra, just a tad more peppery wheat than numerous of their other brew, candied onions and garlic. moderate carbonation, light body - oily; balanced tropical-citrusy finish. wheat is clearly over-shadowed by hefty hop bill, but eh, this makes a very solid wheat neipa.
