COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in appreciation of The Publick House, a craft beer mecca in Brookline, MA where close friends and warm hospitality welcome us time after time. The Publick House IPA features Citra, Centennial, and Columbus hops with an aroma bursting with fresh orange juice and under-ripe peach along with notes of toasted malt. The flavor profile is more bitter than our “Street” IPAs, but with a toasted, bready malt character to balance. Bitter grapefruit flavors emerge with mild pine on the finish.
ABV: 7.3%
MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, Flaked Wheat,C-15, C-60, Dextrine, Dextrose
HOPS: Citra, Centennial, Columbus

Thanks to Andy for this. Pours hazy gold with a small white top. Aroma is citrus and fruity hops. Taste is a nice bitterness with light cereal malts.

Can from brewery: Phenomenal aroma of juniper and pine. Grapefruit rind in the flavor. Tangy. Massive IPA. Extremely well made.

Out of a can. Classic hazy dull pale yellow golden. Full lasting off white head. Lots of soft citrusy and floral aromas and flavors. Light bodied and surprisingly light and drinkable for over 7% Soft and tasty. Great fresh hop flavors.

What a great IPA! Citrus, resin, mango , great malty body: biscuits, cereal, hint of bread. Medium bitter, moderate sweet. For me it's close to an ideal IPA.

Can from Trillium. Pours orange brown with a khaki head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. nice floral and citrus notes on the nose and tongue. Finished clean with some solid bitterness. Nice solid middle of the road IPA from these guys.

Pours a slighly hazy, brownish orange, with minimal head. Strong citrus and grassy aromas. Flavor is very citrsuy--grapefruit, especially--with a good helping of pine/spruce hoppiness. Fairly bitter in the finish and aftertaste. Good beer.

Can from the brewery. Filled September 7. Big orange juice nose, grapefruit, nectarines, some wheaty biacuit, cloudy deep golden orange, low head. Lots of orange, grpaefruit, stone fruits, bit tart, peppery, amd quite bitter--definitely more than usual for them. More traditional than most NE ipas, which makes it fun.

Thanks Brennan for sharing the can! Poured into a solo cup showing hazy orange with a finger of tanned white foam. The nose shows light pineapple and pine. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Flavors of strong pine resin and a strong IPA bitterness.

Had it from a can one evening. Nice IPA with a semi sweet scent and an IPA taste without being bitter, it was a bit sweet too. Crisp and nice taste, a good version of an IPA ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can share with my wife. Fruity but not a real fruit juice bomb, this is a west coast meets east coast hybrid. Fun an easy to drink.
