COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Same distinctive grain bill as the other "Street" IPA’s, but heavily dry hopped with Simcoe. Our treatment of Simcoe results in beautifully balanced aromatics and provides a satisfying depth of hop-driven flavor. Summer Street IPA bursts with scents of spicy pine, lemon, and grape juice while focused flavors of citrus, pear, and essence of pine wash over the palate. Finish is dry with moderate, resinous bitterness.
ABV: 7.2%
MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, Dextrine, C-15
HOPS: Simcoe, Columbus

Typical Trillium NE IPA. I always thought I liked Simcoe, but I found myself reachign for this one less readily than some others.

Pours the usual hazy, fresh-squeezed-orange-juice color, with smallish head. Aroma has a lot of citrus as well as piney hops. Flavor is very smooth with citrus and pine accents abounding. Very soft mouthfeel. Bitter finish.

16oz can. Pours hazy gold with a tiny off-white head. Aroma is pine, mango, grapefruit, light lemon, grass, grape, and a hint of minerals. Taste is lemon, lime, orange, light pine, and some metal/minerals. Juicy but finishes rather quickly before a lingering bitterness. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Slick mouthfeel.

Poured from a can into a tulip: Pours golden with a one finger head. Aroma of lemon, grass, pepper, and resin. Taste is more of the same with this being one of their more resinous IPAs. Still has the same Trillium soft carbonation, light sweetness, and hop bitterness, lemon zest, and some spice notes. Really tasty.

Can from Craft Beer Cellar in Belmont. Hazy New England yellow-golden appearance with a messy large white head. The aroma is pine, lemon, grapefruit, white grape, must. The flavor is slightly sweet, very juicy, citrus, pine, stone fruit, somewhat bitter. Medium body, good resins in there, average carbonation. Another good Trilly beer.

Draft at brewery. Pours golden and cloudy with a white head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Has some solid tropical funk notes on the nose. Some solid bitterness on the tongue along with some tropical fruit notes. Finished clean. Pretty solid IPA

Can thanks to Jez. Had this straight after the double dry hopped Melcher. Considering how much that made me blow my load, this wasn’t too far off it. Very citrus driven stuff with some mango on the end and a lengthy bitterness. These guys knock the length and balance on the head every time
