On cask at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow with an off white head. The smell is grass, light sweet malt, wet grain and a bit of citrusy. The taste is toasted malt, wet grain, grass and citrus ending dry and bitter. Light in body with light carbonation. Nice.

16th July 2015: hand-pulled cask pint in The Crown Inn, Oakengates. Golden, dull amber body, white head. Mild citrus nose and flavour, decent enough blend but leaning towards blandness because of the subtle nature of the taste.

Cask gravity at Watford rugby Club beer fest. Light orange golden coloured pour with a fleeting loose white head. Aroma is sweet honey, floral, cola and ginger. Flavour us honey and ginger malts nice floral, pollen and honeysuckle. Decent. Palate is medium sweet with lowish carbonation. I dig the honey character.

UPDATED: AUG 31, 2014 Trust Tring to make a summer ale this good. Toasty syrupy golden colour. Aroma is like a labyrinth of hops. Strong, bitter, hoppy taste fading first to sweet butterscotch, then to a sharp twang. Full mouthfeel.
