Cambridge Blue. C;lear amber beer. Light crisp palate. Very well balanced if unremarkable beer. Not dry. Refreshing but utterly standard bitter.
Cask Conditioned at The Evening Star, Brighton. Light brown beer with bubbly head. Light and fresh malt flavour, quite pungent on the nose, pretty acidic and low on hops. bobinlondon (1297) - Harrow, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 30, 2008
Handpulled cask at The One Crown, Watford. Mid brown with a small white head. Fairly fruity, subtle malt and hops. Nothing special. hughie (3996) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 12, 2009
Cask at ’Spoons, Milton Keynes. Copper with an off white head. Buttery malt aroma. Taste has some fruit, possibly unripe pear lurking in the earthy malt. Indistinct, evanescent beer which is hard to pin down.

(Cask at Gallows Bird, 20120523) The beer poured mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had malts and caramell. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, mildly caramell, mild roastedness and lowish bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. Weak and watery. VastActiv (7592) - Oulu/Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 13, 2014

UPDATED: MAR 8, 2004 Gravity, Frog & Toad Body Parts Beer Festival. Traditional bitter. Sweet and sickly aroma like a decomposing body with bee's wax poured over the remains of the flesh. Quite light and clean tasting despite the heavy aroma. Uses four malts and two different hops to achieve an average homebrew. [2.1] MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 28, 2009
JDW Rochester Amber bitter. Neutral to dry palate. Some tannic qualities. Caramel. Slight fruit. A hint of roasty bits. A pleasant, fresh session bitter of acceptable quality. [2.7]
A Mes rate. Cask at Baker St ’Sporks. Hazy, dirty golden brown with a sliver of white on top. Quite citric, lots of mineral notes and a faint lick of caramel. Faint bitterness in the finish. Another amazingly average offering from Tring. prawlie (1675) - Berkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 16, 2012
Pint at the Old Manor in Bracknell. Fair fluffy head on a dark red beer. Light, dry hops, and a bit flowery. Slightly floral hop aroma. Pretty unremarkable.
